Apartment Rental Conditions
The rental agency Kvart Buro in Kiev`s main train station offers apartments in Kiev on a daily or long term basis. After you arrive in the main train station it`s easy to come to our office at the south end of the station “Yuzhniy Vokzal”, find out which apartments are available, choose the one which suits you best, fill out the necessary documents and move in within 15-20 minutes. If the rental period is longer than 3 days, you can fill out a reservation form on our website or send us an e-mail describing your needs. Taking the bus marked “Poljot” from the Borispol airport for three dollars directly to our office in the south end of the main train station is simple. You can also receive information about accommodations for groups of more than ten people in Kiev in hostels and inexpensive hotels starting at 40 hryven per night.
It’s ideal to complete your apartment reservation within 5-10 days of your arrival.
You can book an apartment 5-10 days in advance. The cost of booking an apartment is the same as one day’s rent. The remaining sum must be paid to one of our agency’s employees on the date of check-in.
How to book an apartment

2. Choose the apartment which suits you and fill out a reservation form on our site.
3. Your request will be processed by one of our managers within 24 hours. Afterwards an answer will be sent with a reservation confirmation or with an offer of another accommodation option.
4. After the confirming the apartment you want, you must pay one day’s rent in advance (The advance payment is included in the total cost and subtracted from the final total).
5. After receiving your advance payment, we will send you a letter with a reservation confirmation. By this you guarantee that you will move in to the apartment which you reserved in the times which you indicated.
How to Pay
For the maximum convenience of our clients we offer various methods of payment:
1. In cash in our office in Kiev, south end of the train station, 2nd floor, office 35 (above ticket counters 38-39)
2. With visa or MasterCard.
3. Through WESTERN UNION
4. Throughout the Ukraine with Aval Express
5. Wire transfer for those organizations which have the appropriate documents.
Canceling a reservation
In the case of missed reservations the advance payment of one day’s rent will not be returned.
If the travel dates change, the advance payment is not returned.
By completing the advanced payment you guarantee that you will arrive at the specified apartment and we reserve the apartment for you, withholding it from our other clients.
Check in time, departure time
Check in time – 11:00-13:00. Departure time - 12:00-13:00.
If you want to extend your visit for several days after the expected check out time, that is, after 1:00 PM, then you must inform us and make an additional payment.
1. Before 6:00 p.m. – pay half of one day’s rent.
2. After 6:00 p.m.- pay the full day’s rent.
If the apartment is vacated by the preceding client at 12:00, you must wait until 1 p.m. to move in.
Viewing the Apartments
You can only view the apartments through our website. On our website you can see the apartments which are currently vacant; each apartment has its own page. We do not show apartments to clients ahead of time, but we can call you back and describe the apartment and conditions there in detail, since the hotel-style apartments are rented on a daily basis and we cannot show you an apartment in which other people are living. If you are unsatisfied with the apartment you have reserved, we can replace it with another vacant apartment of the same quality the next day.
Checking into the apartment
If you have a valid passport you can you can fill out all necessary documents in our office in the south end of the station on the second floor, office 35 (above ticket counters 38-39), then move into the apartment. We will call you a taxi to the center for $3-4. A maid will meet you at the apartment and give you the keys.
If you need to be met at the airport or the bus station let us know after completing your reservation.
If you don’t have time to complete a reservation, simply call us. We will find you an unoccupied apartment. Our manager will immediately come to the apartment and meet you there.
You pay for the full length of your stay, receive a informational brochure with the address and telephone number of the apartment to be rented.
On the day of your departure our manager will come to the apartment to collect the keys and confirm that the condition of all the appliances and furniture is satisfactory.
